D E C O N S T R U C T I O N

A writer named Jeff Goins said that to cultivate creativity, a person must find his platform and own it. I remember the first blog I created in 2010, and I remember how I scrapped it all out seven months later. There were several blogs that followed after that, but nothing seemed to satisfy my heart long enough so they all went down to the digital wasteland.

I woke up this morning thinking that perhaps: the creative process is a series of construction and deconstruction. It’s to shed our old skin to reveal a more refined one. That to create is to engage in a treasure hunt (not for Easter eggs, but) for a place where to lay our wonderful eggs of art.
